9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vornix Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
